Setting Up Compliance Alerts in Chatform AI

Operators can configure real-time compliance alerts to ensure responsible gaming (RG) and regulatory adherence. Alerts can be sent to designated communication channels, providing instant notifications to relevant teams.

Step 1: Choose Alert Rules

  1. Navigate to the Compliance tab within the Settings page.
  2. Select the rules that will trigger alerts (e.g., responsible gaming violations, flagged conversations, escalation triggers).

Step 2: Select Communication Channel

  1. Choose how alerts should be sent:
    • Slack
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Email
  2. Specify the destination channel or recipient for each alert type.

  1. Define the information to include in the alert, such as:
    • Player ID (anonymized if required)
    • Conversation snippet
